Kilimanjaro Guides and Porters

Why Guides and Porters Matter

The importance of having competent and high-quality guides cannot be overstated when climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Kilitop Adventure works with the best local guides, all fluent in English and trained in first aid, mountain rescue, and the mountain’s unique flora, fauna, and history. Every guide is registered with Kilimanjaro National Park—as climbing the mountain without a guide is not permitted.
