Kelvin Genes was born and raised on the foothills of Kilimanjaro. After completing Secondary School, he attended Tourism College, where he discovered his love for African wildlife.
Kelvin started in the industry as a guide, Climbing Kilimanjaro before specializing as a safari guide. He runs the logistics of Kilitop Adventure and will be behind the scenes, ensuring your safari or climb is perfectly organized.

Based in Arusha , they travel to every corner of the country to be able to deliver the best possible experiences from first-hand knowledge. They are passionate about wildlife and fascinated by mountains, and believe in sharing their culture and community with you.
As the company has grown, so too has our operations team. It takes a strong team to ensure that every detail of your trip is simply perfect. Vehicles and equipment need to be maintained to the highest standards; accommodation booked; transport and crew logistics planned and coordinated; permits organized; food purchased; sustainability practices actioned; communications maintained and finite checks completed before every single departure. The list goes on! These are the people behind the scenes who you may not meet, but without whom your trip would simply not be possible.
